Use this portable tool to measure the moisture content and density of your honey. It features a sharp dividing line (blue-white), good readability (daylight recognizable), adjustable eyepiece for sharpness adjustment, and calibration screw.

Simply place 2 drops of the sample on the main prism, close the plate and look through the viewing window to read the value. Measuring Range: 58-90% Brix, 10-32% water content.

Also suitable for measuring condensed milk, vegetable oils, sugar syrup, fruit jam, and molasses.

Calibration fluid sold separately.
