Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment & Processing

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days of an order being placed. We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be considered the next business day.
  • In the rare circumstance that your order cannot be fulfilled within 2 business days, we will communicate information about the delay to you via email.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday.  Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments will be processed on those days.

Delivery Expectations

  • Most orders will be delivered to you within 1-5 days after shipment depending on your location and type of carrier. Estimated delivery times are not a guarantee. This is especially important during peak seasons such as holidays. Once an order has shipped we can not guarantee timely delivery performance from the carrier.
  • We ship orders through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight carriers depending on the location, size, and weight of the products in your order.  While we strive to provide the fastest and most economical shipping available, our number one priority is getting your order to you safely and undamaged. For this reason, Hidden Hollow Honey will have sole discretion in choosing the best way to ship your order.
  • There are times when bulky or very heavy orders will be shipped by LTL freight. If this describes your order, it is best to contact us for a quote and details of how the delivery process works. Contact us at: info@hiddenhollowhoney.com
  • We ship to lower 48 state USA mainland only. We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
  • After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and promptly. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
