Handmade Artisan Goat Milk Soap

About our handmade goats milk soap:

All of our soap is free from any artificial dyes and exfoliants. There are so many natural ingredients to keep our bars fun and beautiful. Things like sea salt, charcoal, coffee and oatmeal!

All of our soap can fit into three collections!

·       The UNSCENTED Collection: These bars are simple and have some great exfoliants.

·       The ESSENTIAL OIL Collection: Think of “garden smells” for these bars. Some of the exfoliants are clay and tea leaves!

·       The FRAGRANCE OIL Collection: My friend calls these scents “the smelly smells” more like perfume and scented candles would smell.

All soap bars are made with the same 100% natural recipe. However the fragrance oil collection is 97% natural due to the fragrance oil used.

About the Hancock Homestead:

My dad has always said “if that girl has an inch of ground she will have a goat on it”! Little did he know that my husband would be the first to bring home our first goat!

Mellin and Nampara were the first two dairy goats to make our little homestead a lot more interesting! Goats have always been a love of mine so now raising my own dairy girls I feel like that little giddy kid again!

I started making goat milk soap because I wanted to use an all natural soap for my son and after some research I thought “I’m going to try to make it myself”! My goal was to make luxurious soap with local ingredients that I already had! Pork lard for amazing bubbles & lather, local honey for a velvet rinse and of course goat milk from our dairy goats for a rich and gentle bar of soap!

Making something that is beautiful & natural for myself and my family is really important to me, and while I was formulating these recipes I had family and friends in mind!
